This is of course impossible, but my first reaction was Mahler's Kindertotenlieder.

Joseph Jongen - Symphonie Concertante for Organ and Orchestra, Op 81

I heard it live as part of the the Innaugural Organ Concert at the LDS Conference Center (V/131 Schoenstein), Salt Lake City, Utah (US) in June of 2003 with Todd Wilson at the console.
A real time audio/visual recording of this program was made, and has been aired on PBS-NPR several times, to date, a public release of that stellar performance has noy yet been made available.

Maybe Dvorák Symphony 9th? Or Hovhaness' 22nd? Tchaikovsky's 4-6th, and Sibelius' 2nd. Some of John Adam's orchestral works. I also enjoy film music from Shostakovitch, Prokofiev, and Jarre. Hard to say, my music preference changes with my mood.

Beethoven's Egmont overture and his Pastorle symphony are the greatest for me
