    Don Goldie

Elsewhere, (in the jazz/blues thread), I have referred to "Misery and the Blues" by the Jack Teagarden sextet.
In this great CD I was knocked out by the trumpet playing of Don Goldie and yet I can find little reference to the player, his story, and any other works. Can anyone help?

    Hi Mike and Margaret,
Hold back on the post I just made.
When I replayed the youtube track again it was obviously 2 tracks overlaid.
When I tried again and managed to get the single track version with pianist it was OK.
Trying the Google ref. I found exactly what I wanted.
Lots of info and more music and at least one more CD.
    Thanks you two.
    Cheers John
