    Removing html codes and text

So sorry for the redundancy. I had to get rid of some html code that showed up as text.

Is there a way to just delete a posted message?

    Hi jsg,

Yes there is ... any user should be able to edit/delete their own posting as long as:
    1) it has been less than 6 hours since being posted
    2) nobody has posted a reply

After either scenario, you will need to contact a forum staff member to make changes or delete posts.

I cannot find a delete button, menu, tab or drop-down command to actually do that. Want to fill me in?

    Thanks,

    HI Jerry,

If it is an available option to you at the particular time, it is located in the lower right corner of the posting itself. It will be to the left of the QUOTE button.

    However ...

If the allowed time to edit passes, the edit (which will also reveal an option to delete when selected) button will automatically disappear from your view, at which point a staff member will have to assist you in any changes to be made.
