I was concerned until I read that you are only 50. You are not suffering from C.R.A.F.T. it is merely the excitment of youth.

Don't worry. Things will get worse.

I remember one day rushing for work, and trying to put the toaster in the fridge.

I agree CD that there are benifits to geting old. Building sandcastles on the beach "to amuse the grandchildren". Re watching Mary Poppins - ditto. Selective deafness, which the more mature can get away with. Even dementia has its benifits. You can hide your own Easter eggs and you only ever have to buy one video. I am also relived to hear that others keep their toaster in the fridge. Just don't put the cat in the microwave.

Some young B****s did just that to a kitten a few months ago and of course were too young to take the consequences, makes you wonder eh.

I honestly believe right minded people should be given a gun and a badge. We would soon get the scum off the streets and make it safe for decent people. Maybe one day.... meanwhile I will re-watch Death Wish. Anyone considered puting the yobs in a microwave?

The yobs in a microwave...now there's an idea.
There are a couple of 17-18 year old yobs on a bus that I catch frequently. They act like they own the place, and sometimes try and bully primary school kids. It's almost painful to watch sometimes.

The trouble is if you say or do anything you get a mouthfull of foul abuse and if you follow your instincts and clip their ear you end up in court. Recently an 80 year old lady who uses a zimmer frame to walk jabbed her finger at a yobo who was abusing her and was succesfully prosocuted for assult. Any decent old fashioned copper would have straightened the yobo out pretty smartly and sent a message that that sort of behaviour would not be tolerated. The scum these days have learnt that they can get away with anything.

    regards
