for a haunting melody, this is a main contender. i consider this the best song ever written in rock music. the guitar solo by david gilmour at the end of the record is the best i ever heard. gord
yes steve this is truly memorable,a great song from the best rock album ever. the only other rock songs with haunting melodies i can think of right now are, the beatles hey jude and eleanor rigby, also bob dylans, sad eyed lady of the lowlands. gord
