Actually I agree with you about Rollins (It was really just a loan)
I think the ones I heard were with the MJQ or just Milt Jackson, my memory is a bit dim. no sarky comments please

Just an afterthought, Can anyone remember a British jazz musician Delaunay I may not have the spelling right, or I could be completely up the wall

Thought #2 was it Eric Delaunay???? he may have been American?

    Hi Gord,
I have the Anita O'Day 4 set "proper Box 21".
Also "Anita sings Cole Porter" and "Anita Swings Rogers and Hart"
She has been a favourite of mine since her Krupa and Kenton times.

    Cheers John

From Amazon " Forever you and I" and "Concerto V" Both written and played by Ernesto Cortazar. If you haven't heard him before look him up on You Tube. Lots of his music,
most with videos of wonderful scenes and landscapes etc. I love his way of playing, so sensitive. Elderflower (Sylvie Pacey)

    Hi Gord,
I have bought a number of these 3 or 4 Classic Album sets recently on Amazon for £3.99 but not Anita because I,m afraid of doubling up tracks.
I,m amazed to hear that you are in Newcastle England at the moment (I assume Newcastle -on-Tyne) Look at your private messages for my phone no. Ring me up and we can chat and perhaps meet up, since I live in Wallsend just a few miles away.

    Cheers John
