    Expanding the Prog Rock universe

    Hi everyone. I just joined through happenstance, and look forward to engaging in some Prog related activity. I was a professional prog rock musician for 6 years before I quit in order to head off the drug centered lifestyle encompassing me (early 80's). Not that I didn't miss performing and playing - that was excruciating to abandon - but the benefits of moving past the "induced" pitfalls of the business were of greater reward.

    But it was still a lot of fun!

    In any case, I am steeped in the world of Prog Rock, have an extensive collection and look forward to joining you in this discourse.
