Unscramble the Organists!

This is the "entry form" as such for a competition held on by the Christchurch Town Hall (NZ) Organ's Website (pipeorgan.co.nz) I've managed to figure them all out except "Pear Jams Thinker", which, once I know it, will probably be blindingly obvious
Anyway, any help will be appreciated, and feel free to enter the competition if you want! If you post any answers here in this post, please place a [COLOR="DarkSlateGray" ]TEXT [/COLOR] Tag (remove the spaces) around them, so people won't be able to easily read them unless they highlight (so we don't spoil it if they haven't worked it out yet).
