    Unfortunate Celebratory Stuff-Ups

I heard a funny story about a mistake in the Bible verse read at a wedding one time (I'm not sure if it's true or not). The verse that was supposed to be read was 1 John 4:18 - "There is no fear in love; perfect love drives out all fear. So then, love has not been made perfect in anyone who is afraid, because fear has to do with punishment".

Instead, the reading was John 4:18 - "You have been married to five men, and the man you live with now is not really your husband".

    Quite an amazing coincidence!

Oh dear lol, I am sure that didn't go down well. The often heard mistake at a wedding, is when the groom is making his speech, thanking people and accidently says "I would like to spank my mother in law."

At a wedding I played for years back, the father of the bride, when asked "who gives this woman ... ", proudly and quite seriously said "my mother and I!"

I like that Krummhorn, not sure the bride would though.
