    What (wind/string) instrument is this?

    Hello,

In this track, what instrument is that that plays solo from 4:45 to 5:15?

    Thanks

would say something in the realm ot the "pan Flute" as it has a flutety character to it to me. Maybe something made of bamboo. Good Luck and welcome to te forum !!

It sounds to me like a synthesizer at first and then some
cellos playing. Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like a synthesized erhu (a traditional Chinese 2 String Violin type instrument- my friend plays one sometimes). Mass Effect 2's a great game, too
