    A country treasure ...

    What a little sweety!

The person's comment below this clip made me smile, some wise words.
I'm not an atheist and I don't think I can call myself a pantheist. We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many different languages. The child knows someone must have written those books. It does not know how. The child dimly suspects a mysterious order in the arrangement of the books but doesn't know what it is. That, it seems to me, is the attitude of even the most intelligent human being toward God.

A nice organ ... but certainly the organ we hear in the clip is lots larger than the 5 rk specs given (?) Wonder if a recording of this organ is available - would be nice to hear this particular gem.

Although I somewhat agree with the aesthetics about mirrors and such attachments to organ consoles, without those 'devices', especially in an active environment, those are necessary for the organist to keep in eye contact with conductors and clergy.

Well, there's f.i. a 16ft Bourdon pedal available .... I think the recording makes it sound bigger and more aggressive, due to 'oversteering'.

    Thanks for posting, CT!

I couldn't see the driving mirror (hence my comment now added).
