What about Dizzy Gillespie and that twisted pretzel like trumpet/cornet instrument he played His cheeks would puff out like a blowfish, and often,watching him as a kid, I was afraid they were going to burst with all the effort he had to exert to blow into that thing to make it sing, and make it sing he did indeed.
