If it's any consolation, even I can't upload a profile picI tried doing it again, but yeah... it won't let meeither.
I did try it on our sister site and it worked there, so it's not a vBulletin bug, most likely one little word command somewhere in hundreds of pages of php code. Most likely will take some time to sort it out ... Frederik is aware of the problem, but it is not a high priority issue.
