A Cajoun?

I hope this is in the right forum, but sorry if it isn't. I was wondering if there were any people here who play the cajoun? It's shaped like a box and is a percussion instrument I believe. I was hoping to learn more about it, because I'm thinking to get one for myself. Just to ask a few questions about it: I heard it can sound like drums, is that true? How much do their prices range from? Are there any particular different ones? Where might the best place to get one be at? Thanks for listening. Help would be greatly obliged.
