    IE 8 came with my new Windows 7 machine ...
    I used IE for awhile, then it (IE) started doing strange things on certain sites ...
    Installed Firefox ... problems solved. Uninstalled IE totally.

    Firefox has three times the security of IE, and yet none of the 'hangups' that IE seems to enjoy inflicting on some users.
