Glad to see you still enjoy a wide variety of music Steve. I have been replaying some Beatles music myself
teddy
Yeah! When "Pretzel Logic" came out I spent a month with that album, figuring it out.
I played "Funk 49" and "Seems to Me" when they were on the charts, nice tunes to get into.
And lately, despite seeming to be forgotten, I've been talking about Emerson, Lake and Palmer a lot,
younger kids finding them. I figured out "Take a Pebble" on guitar, singing it back then.
Beatles aren't progressive rock. They're a skiffle band that used a rock drum kit and electric bass.
The B.B.C. Orchestra arranged and recorded most of what was released as "Beatles" music.
The Beatles, by then, didn't even appear in the studio together, maybe not even being a band.
Such is artificial technology.
