    Thoughts for the day

Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often.

If you look like your passport picture, you probably need the trip.

Bills travel through the mail at twice the speed of cheques.

A conscience is what hurts when all of your other parts feel so good.

Eat well, stay fit, die anyway.

No man has ever been shot while doing the dishes.

There is always one more imbecile than you counted on.

Thou shalt not weigh more than thy refrigerator.

By the time you can make ends meet, they move the ends.

Middle age is when broadness of the mind and narrowness of the waist change places
I'm not an atheist and I don't think I can call myself a pantheist. We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many different languages. The child knows someone must have written those books. It does not know how. The child dimly suspects a mysterious order in the arrangement of the books but doesn't know what it is. That, it seems to me, is the attitude of even the most intelligent human being toward God.
    —Albert Einstein.

Never tell other people your problems. Half of them don't care and the other half are glad.

Russian Proverb: "It is better to have 100 close friends than 100 Rubles."

Please note: The same applies for Euros, Yuans, Yens, Pounds Sterling, and Dollars.
*If a man wants God to hear his prayer quickly, then before he prays for anything else, even his own soul, when he stands and stretches out his hands towards God, he must pray with all his heart for his enemies. Through this action God will hear everything that he asks* -Abba Zeno-

*Protagoras: "Truth is subjective. What is true for you, and what is true for me, is true for me. Your opinion is true by virtue of its being your opinion."

*Socrates: "My opinion is: Truth is absolute, not opinion, and that you are in absolute error. Since this is my opinion, then according to your philosophy you must grant that it is true."

Another Russian saying I believe. " A man who swops a horse for a promise, ends up with sore feet".

I guess you can't buy hate either, it's very freely available.

    Unfortunately hate is free too.
