    Made it yet another year skipping past the obituary column ... it's been one hell of a ride so far, and lots of years to look forward to.

    Unfortunately, my birthday this year is a working day ... Thursday's are my practice day at church ending with choir rehearsals in the evening.

    You poor man, must be horrific dealing with the church choir at the best of times, let alone on one's birthday.

    It wasn't too bad, David. As we are almost at the end of the choir season (the last Sunday the choir sings is on Pentecost), the rehearsals aren't full length anymore, and next Thursday is the last evening choir rehearsal until September ... yea!

    The choir sings only three Sundays each month, the bell choir plays on the 4th Sunday, and we have special music (soloist, instrumental, etc) on the 5th Sunday when that occurs.
