Hi Steve - I love the MJQ. Its nice to see them live on Youtube.

Hi Mat ( to answer your offtopic question).
Its frustrating, but I am waiting for a wireless router to enable the internet on the iPad
Most of its use will be for my wife to use for that aspect in the comfort of her fireside. (I far prefer my computer).
Amusingly, while setting up the tablet through my computer, iTunes instantly and automatically
filled up the music space with jazz music and I dont know yet how to remove it.

John, I recon an iPad (or any other tablet, for that matter) might be handy as long as you don't have to use the keyboard.

Sitting in a rocking chair by the fireplace with a tablet and a cup of tea with a slice of lemon, while listening to jazz, while it's snowing outside, seems... well, nice.

A lovely bit of jazz I'm listening to right now, even though I don't have a fireplace, or a tablet:

    Hi Mat'
    1) iPad is now going fine, mainy for my wifes Internet in comfort activities. For listening to my music
    - no -, the sound system is poor, although to be fair, I listen to my jazz either on my hi-fi system
or my computer and I havent tried the iPad with good earphones yet.

    2) Ref. your 2 tracks.
    a) I dont care for Jamie Cullum's voice (though his piano is fair) and will never buy his CDs.
    b) I love Diane Krall, but far prefer her singing with her trio. You can get rid of the orchestral backing for me.

John, I too prefer just the trio (quartet, if you count the guitar). But I don't mind the few tracks she recorded with an orchestra.
