    The Blog this Post text shows quite well, so why not enable text display for the other two buttons? If you can see the Blog button text then move your cursor slowly about an inch to the right and you will see the other buttons and your cursor changes from an arrow to the pointing finger.

    There is also a "Multiquote this Message" button lurking to the right of "Reply with Quote" though I'm not sure what it does.

    Mike the Multi-Quote lets you reply to 2 or more posters in just 1 window, much easier than making 2,3 or more posts to address them,
