    I'm thinking this is probably a joke/fake site, though I wouldn't really be all that surprised if turns out to be real, or will be some day... Absolutely crazy but would that really be much weirder than some of the plastic surgery already going on (women getting abnormally large breasts, varrious body modifications, extreme piercings etc. etc.)? However, I would question the legality of such a business.

    I hope itīs a joke, but itīs kind of sad if itīs not, there is probably a lot of sick people out there, who would actually consider using this "service" and sadly there is always some people ready to take advantage of such people
