    There have been very few occassions in my life when I have cried. It normally takes a death of someone special to me to evoke that emotion. However I can easily be stirred by music, sometimes deeply.

    A trombone would be even worse Colin. Mind you, you could always put a hanky on the end of the slide.

    Try listening to the original version of Shostakovich's "Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk" - The trombone choir will get you more than sniffy That piece is downright raunchy in the original orchestration...........

    Go to you tube and look up rise of darkari and you will find orasion.
    That is the last theme of the movie where it starts with a chimes.
    This is a beautiful piece of music. I do have the sheet music to it.
