Dream The Electric Sleep

DREAM THE ELECTRIC SLEEP is rather odd band’s name that does not invoke any image as to what the content may sound like. Defying categorization, DTES blends a wide variety of textures in their stuff which pulls in various elements of Rush, Porcupine Tree, Muse, Coheed and Cambria, Radiohead. The instrumental performing from each musician makes a broadly progressive rock edge in a manner that is to find favor with fans of aforementioned groups. There's depth, there's good melody and it's not about the crazy time signatures. Lyrically, things bring additional value. All in all, ‘Lost and Gone Forever’ is a solid debut album and worth a spark an interest. ;)
