    Works recorded on GO

I've posted a few pieces inthe past, mostly "buried" in the GO2 thread

Thought it might be an idea to have a thread specifically for us to show our efforts at recording; I would expect comments and constructive criticisms to be welcome.

I've redone a couple I posted early on in my experiments, plus I've recently done a few that have not been aired here before.

    Byrd Canzona

    Jeremiah Clarke King William's March

    William Boyce Voluntaries 7 & 8,

Pietro Cornet Toccada del 3 Tono

    Thanks for sharing Mike,
    Interesting stuff you got here.

My main complains are the way a midi file executes the ornaments (sound not physical) and that I'd like some good reverb on your excellent registrations on GrandOrgue.

I enjoyed all, Canzona most.... he he

Enjoyed listening to your files Mike. Some sound a little electronic ( Toccata ) somewhat and computer played. Think I agree with Panos on the Canzona.

Yes Bill, I realise there are many musical shortcomings to my using electronic means of making these recordings; however one of my reasons for doing this is to bring lesser known works to light, particularly from the baroque and earlier periods which I enjoy.

If you hear something you like enough to get the score and perform it at a recital or church service then my work has not been in vain!

If it helps I will try and include the scores as PDFs or MIDI files which can be imported to most notation software and then printed out, alternatively links to a relevant page in WIMA.
    Cheers MIKE.
