My problem was an infection which only became apparent after about 4 mths up until then I had been pain free and playing 2 games of golf a week it took over 12 mths to get rid of the infection which included 3 mths at home with a temp joint and on crutches all the time then another opp and a new replacement, all is fine now as far as the hip is concerned, it's all the other bits that keep falling off and seizing up![]()

Thanks Bill. My main concern is that they will keep the hip, and throw the rest away.

A banana. Trying to undo some of the damage done over Christmas, although I am glad to say I put on less than a pound, despite stuffing myself (so to speak)

Two hard-boiled eggs with mayo and one of these.
Oat Granola, to help keep the cold out. Given up trying to diet at the moment, too damn cold.
