Have to buy an electronic organ. What?

My teacher says I should buy an electronic organ. Now, I am starting studying organ and I actually don't know anything about them. Could you give me some advice? I don't need a super one, it's in order to study (2 manuals and pedalboard). Do you think it is better the radial or the straight pedalboard?

    Thank you.

Maybe someone from Italy on here can assist you.. alot depends on the amount of money you have to spend or finaince. I do not know what instruments are available in your coountry either. I like.. Johnannus, Viscount, some Allen makes myself.. But those I know.. I prefer radial ( curved AGO boards ) but really it is what you are used to playing with. If you have a computer too might consider an cheaper organ that has MIDI captibility.. then you can have a choise of many different virtual organs and have terrific sounds. Good Luck. Another thought is maybe a church that might allow you to practice for small fee. That is what I did in my high school and early college days so I could practice.

I'd not buy straight as they are so uncommon except in Baroque organs, as you don't need to have a faux-pipe organ, you could always investigate synthesizers on racks and independant pedals (far cheaper).
