    How is everyone feeling?

I've had this cold for the last three days and taking enough
medicine to choke a horse trying to get rid of it. Otherwise
    I'm fine.

    Hi Ms. Judy,

I'm feeling pretty good, especially since I seem to have avoided the Flu bug that usually arrives in October and sticks around until November.

Sorry you'r not well Judy. But don't worry, Winter is on the way and then you will know what ill health is really like.

If it is any consolation I am awaiting another operation on my eye and am due to see the heart specialist as well. I haven't got many more bits that can go wrong.

    Get well soon

I hope your cold goes away soon Judi, I had my flu jab CD. Mind you I got a throat infection soon after. At the moment apart from stiff hands due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis, I am fairly well. I look forward to hearing good news from you Teddy.

I moved with my wife to Russia in August of 2009 because she works as Corporate Counsel for a Multi-National Company.

Columbian drag queen knife fight - Hmmmm, now why can't I comprehend that one?

If I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself. Really, I am feeling reasonably well. Was diagnosed with Arterial Fribulation about 4 years ago, but I faithfully take my Meds and it seems to be under control. Have my annual checkup with the Cardiologist next week so we will see what he says

My recent diabetic test results say I'm now just below the threshold, but stick to the diet anyway, I have to see a consultant next week about probable cataract operation, enlarged prostate is annoying rather than anything else at the moment due to medication, shortage of breath due to COPD (aftermath of many years smoking), some difficulty bending; apart from that lot I'm fine!
    Cheers MIKE.
