Re: Learning Harp
Well, it takes time to learn how to play an instrument! And it demands alot of technical skill to play the harp I can assure you... I don't think there is any easy way to go about it, so I would recommend you to borrow some books at the library or take classes.....

While probably not being a Celtic Harp, you might find some of the information on this page useful:

Re: Learning Harp
What does harp music look like, I heard it looked quite different to standard staves of the piano??

Re: Learning Harp
Would it be not advantageous for a harp to have one string for each note on the chromatic scale so that one doesn't have to fool around with those hook-down pedals? I admit that I am out of my league when it comes to harps

I do admire their widely varied repertoire and laud people who take the time to learn what seems to be a difficult instrument to master.
