Track 04 - Peter Denies Jesus

It's the saddest Soundtrack I've ever heard.

Patriot?

WHAT a poor soundtrack. i watched the movie and i thought the music ruined it. it was one of those soundtracks that spoil the the movie to a degree. the high musical arrangements tone and tempo did not suit the movie at all.

on the other hand the village is one of the best i ever heard. i'm sure u'll agree with me if u heard the music to it.

Film Soundtracks Top 10 Reply to Thread

Hi Kaizekkk:tiphat: I am sorry that you think the Patriot has a poor sound track I peronally did like it and it would be a sad world if everyone liked the same things, I thought that the soft family scenes in the beginning needed the slow soft southern style music and that the family trauma when the young son was killed needed the high drama that the music portrayed as for the scenes running through the forest and under growth when the other two young son's help their father to wreck some revenge against there oppressors I think, that together with the visuals there is nothing wanting in the film score but as I said before each to there own, I liked it and thought the whole thing was very entertaining and thought provoking then again perhaps we were watching a different film? or the maybe the same film from a different aspect. good luck and good health. cheers Sparky

Did everyone forget about The Last of the Mohicans? If you ask me, it is a timeless classic at this point, and one of the best soundtracks.
It is, IMO, incredibly hard to make a top ten since there are so many awesome soundtracks.
But the top Fourteen for me in no particular order is:

Lord of The Rings Trilogy
Gladiator
The Last of The Mohicans
King Arthur
Rain Man (The Hans Zimmer bits)
Michael Kamen - Highlander theme
Band of Brothers
Last Samurai
StarWars
Pirates of The Caribbean
Escaflowne
Spirited Away
Princess Mononoke
Don Davis - The Matrix
