• Welcome to the Pipe Organ Forum! This is a part of the open community Magle International Music Forums focused on pipe organs (also known as "church organs"), organists, organ music and related topics.

This forum is intended to be a friendly place where technically advanced organists and beginners (or even non-organists) can feel comfortable having discussions and asking questions. We learn by reading and asking questions, and it is hoped that the beginners (or non-organists) will feel free to ask even the simplest questions, and that the more advanced organists will patiently answer these questions. On the other hand, we encourage complex, technical discussions of technique, music, organ-building, etc. The opinions and observations of a diverse group of people from around the world should prove to be interesting and stimulating to all of us.

As pipe organ discussions can sometimes become lively, it should be pointed out that this is an open forum. Statements made here are the opinion of the poster, and not necessarily that of the forum itself, its administrator, or its moderators.

We strive to make this a friendly and informative forum for anyone interested in pipe organs and organ music.

Hi all,

I have GO 1569 which worked fine until I decided to help testing GO 1633. So I installed GO1633 which did not work at all. After testing GO 1633 I tried GO1569 which did not worked any more. I tried to uninstalling both GOs and cleaning registry by Regedit. After again installing GO 1569, it did not worked because it was taking old settings. So I am asking where GO put it's settings that I can clean those places. I would like to fresh install GO1569 again because that was working in my system. My system is windows 7 Professional 64 bit service pack 1.

Thank you your help,

Hi e9925248,

I cleared Appdata Folder and GOConfig, GOData and GOCache. I installed GO1569 again and it worked with Burea Church Organ well, until I pressed X to shut down GO. There come that blue circle and GO crashes. So I tried to close it but I could not do it. Then appeared windows 7 window which let close GO. Now when I open GO I can play and there is sound but when I try to close it with File Exit Go crashes. What to do e9925248? I have also another trouble with GO. I have USB audio interface Roland Duo Capture Ex which has ASIO driver. When I set audio/Midi in GO as Roland Duo ASIO GO says you should have frame 1152 what ever that mean. I have 8 GB RAM.

Thanks your advice,

Hi e9925248,

I managed to solve my troubles. Perhaps GO1569 crashes because I have wrong settings in Audio/Midi. When I reinstall GO1569 and set 24 bit memory 5000 MB and Sound ouput; samples per buffer 128, everything works without crashes. When I go again Audio/Midi settings GO has changed samples per buffer as 288.

Thank you your good help,
