Do you recognise this building?

Or more to the point have you played the organ in there? I know at least 2 of our members can claim that, one plays it regularly, the other a one time visitor

Ahh, yes ... I remember that wonderful church ... Wimborne Minster, and the organ console inside:

And a little music sampling of me playing:

Mike had set things up for this visit which afforded me ample time to explore this fine instrument ... although the gift shop cashier was having kittens, even though I kept it pretty quiet except for one time. :)

Yes, that worked very well, right away too.
I was thinking a Londonderry air,
and thought I started to recognize a melody,
thinking towards the end, far far away from home.
Too bad the church seized the video as compensation,
for Krummhorn breaking the bench and kicking around in the air.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was just a spontaneous, personal interlude.

The church is interesting, as the Scottish stone mason appreciator I am.
The various colours of the stones helps to obscure the details in the architecture.
This tempts me to want to paint the roof, breaking up details even more.
And this, without a fog or mist.
