Ken Cowan plays The Great Organ - Cathedral of St John the Divine New York City

In this video feature from Pro Organo - www.proorgano.com - organist Ken Cowan is seen in October, 2011 recording sessions for his new Pro Organo CD release upon The Great Organ of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City. Ken relates many details about the recording and the recording process,

making special note of the involvement of his wife, violinist Lisa Shihoten, and four vocalists from Westminster Choir College, Princeton, New Jersey, in the performance of a work for organ, violin and chorus by Sigfrid Karg-Elert. The recording, entitled Ken Cowan Plays The Great Organ, is expected to be released in late April, 2012.
