Would the oboe players agree with this statement?

Came across this while browsing the Baroque Music Library, struck me as quite a new way of looking at things, I'm now listening to some of the works in question

Interesting to compare Vivaldi with Albinoni; Vivaldi wrote violin music for the oboe, while Albinoni wrote vocal music for the oboe. The difference is that Albinoni recognizes the oboist's need to breathe!

I thought Mat would have jumped in on this one, I have a LP of James Gallway doing the same thing on Flute playing Paganini's Moto Perpetuo I hope this is not breaking any copy right rules, It was a technique that I could never achieve.:cry:
