    Hi Sandal,

Hastsler is from Tallinn, Estonia - The Choral Conductor at the Cathedral in Moscow where I sing is keen on bringing attention to a lot of music by Composers of Sacred Music whose music would otherwise languish in ignominy and obloqouy. I will get some more info on him tomorrow, Moscow Time.

    Best always,

    CD
*If a man wants God to hear his prayer quickly, then before he prays for anything else, even his own soul, when he stands and stretches out his hands towards God, he must pray with all his heart for his enemies. Through this action God will hear everything that he asks* -Abba Zeno-

*Protagoras: "Truth is subjective. What is true for you, and what is true for me, is true for me. Your opinion is true by virtue of its being your opinion."

*Socrates: "My opinion is: Truth is absolute, not opinion, and that you are in absolute error. Since this is my opinion, then according to your philosophy you must grant that it is true."

Just heard on steam radio Dvorak’s 9th the first time for 2-3 years it just stopped me in my tracks why do we insist on playing obscure works when this quality is in abundance? to night I will play my favourite version by VPO - Kirill Kondrashin and I may even follow with Beethoven’s 6th make a real pig of myself with the HiFi set to hear the slightest scrape of a chair or turn of a page and of course the obligatory glass or two of red.
