First encountered the 'flat' pedalboard in Austria, and it was difficult to play at first. Those of us in the US are well accustomed to our A.G.O. standard concave pedalbords as being the norm for most all organs here. Besides the longer reach for lowest and highest notes, the spacing between the pedal keys is different as is the length of the sharps in some organs.

I can imagine that organist that have been brought up on the European organ pedal boards find our US standard pedal board equally as frustrating?

Can get a midi pedal board( or convert one to midi) and play through a interface with keyboards through a virtual programe. There may well be other methods out there. Might check with the techs at sweetwater.com..have bought interfaces and cables from them. Always try Google or bing search for leads too. Good luck.
