I would like to recommend an international art forum, http://neosynthesis.net . It's containing a lot of interesting art in the area of digital art, photomanipulation, traditional design etc. Been a member of the site for a long period and enjoyed the community there. So... my recommendation... check it out.

Nice people at the place as well. Been hanging around that community since a little while after 9/11. Started out with an argument about American foreign policy, with the ones that was hosting the site... they eventually had to agree on some of the **** I was saying... joined their art community later on, seeking inspiration in what was made. There's some really skilled people at the place, so it's always interesting to go there.
