    Introduction to Johnny Yellowheel

Hello Folks. Nice to be here and we were glad to find such a fine forum of fellow musicians. We are the Johnny Yellowheel band. Sort of an eclectic gathering of misfits who some how misfit together quite nicely.

Our music style ranges from primal to classical. From Rock to Ballad to Blues and Bluegrass, Country, to R & B. Sometimes we traverse Heavy Metal into a re-spaced Nat King Cole.

But most of all we have fun at it, which is why most of us started playing in the first place.

We hail from the High Plains desert, and some call us the "High Plains Rifters". Currently we are working on our latest album
"Unreasonable Facsimile". We have just released our first tune "Lillle Li Lo" on SoundClick and will be uploading "Momma Don't Dance" in about a week or so.

As these postings continue I will introduce you to our various members and fill you in on our collective backgrounds (should there in an interest lie).

At any rate, it is nice to be here. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Peace,
    Johnny Yellowheel

    Hi there Johnny, and welcome

Feel free to jump into the conversations here- there are lots of interesting topics for discussion!

Hello Robin Joss, thanks for dropping by. You have a very nice, expanded view of music. It is good to see teachers such as yourself opening doors for children of all ages. And you are quite correct. It is (music) so good for the soul. It is what sets us all free. Those who play it and those who listen to it. For within each one of us is the spirit that wants to "play".

    Thanks again,

    Johnny Yellowheel
