As I know there is an Jazz academy in Graz(Austria) I'm thinkin' of applying there myself in a while
of some other I hear the academy in Budapest is great but I don't think they have jazz there...
I'm also looking for a good academy to go to so if I find something I'll write again...

In the USA there is the Julliard Academy which also has a Jazz division:

There are many different types of academies and Universities in the UK offering music studies including:
