I desperately need your help in identifying this film soundtrack! This is just a snippet of the track which I managed to record when it was also used as a radio theme. Maybe you know which film it comes from & the name of the artist/performer as well.

This theme certainly seems familiar, but just can't quite put my fingers on it. I've been quickly going though some of my scores from the period about 1930-59, which is where I would date it, but no luck yet.

Can you give any more informations about the radio program in which it was used?

Thanks very much for your response! The music was also used for a daily Afrikaans serial from 1972 to 1974 entitled "Die Heuningnes" which translated into English is The Honeynest. The serial was broadcast on one of our local radio stations here in South Africa. Please continue to try & find the music & please keep me posted with your feedback! I will be most grateful!
