Know of any online music players?

    Hi ya guys,

Just recently i found a music site called Music Player (musicplayer.fm).

Since i was new to the idea of having my own little online music player which the site provides for me. It has now made me wonder if

    a) There are anymore sites like this for me to choose from?
    b) Do any of you guys already have experience of using the player?

If you are in the US or its possessions, you might try Rhapsody. Although one only gets 30 second snippets of the albums, there is streaming internet radio available for free.

    thanks for the Rhapsody info

    Hiya

Thanks for coming back to me about MusicPlayer.FM. Thanks for the info in respect of Rhapsody - I'll check it out but I don't think it will be what I'm looking for because I want to store MY music online so that I can listen to it wherever I want without having to take my Ipod everywhere with me. Will come back to you to let you know what I think of Rhapsody.

    Thanks for the info anyway

    Kind regards

    Christine

I have just clicked on a streaming broadcast from Halle, Germany. It is great music 24/7/365.

    Check it out:

Pandora is probably the best site of this kind. You put in a band/song (or even bands/songs plural) and it spits out a bunch of songs similar to it using their music genome project. It's surprisingly accurate. I've discovered a bunch of bands through this site.
