    Thanks for posting that. Latry's one of those performers who beggars belief on so many levels. He performed a mind-blowing recital here some years back and concluded with an equally mind-blowing improvisation on the Old 100th.

    My reaction to his improvisation that I saw/heard may well have been helped by the fact that it was preceded by a performance (which also defies superlatives) of Alain's Trois Danses - from memory!! (as was the entire recital). I yi yi ...
