Christmas Carols Introduction

I'm just wondering whether you have any recommendation book for christmas songs introduction.
I've heard Sir David Willcocks recording, the introduction is very majestic, but not sure there it's published.

H.W. Gray/Warner Bros. GBM0101
as a gift some years ago.

Comments after each. * means that I abbreviate them - they are a bit long for me. No comment means setting for one manual. Most are quite usable. We don't have any 12 tone harmonies, either.
