I'm really struggling to find the name of artist & track on this one, I thought maybe it was Count Basie or Duke Ellington, I really would appreciate any help on this.

It sounds to me like Glenn Miller and his band. I might be wrong again
but Glenn Miller and band comes to mind.

Thank you methodistgirl, I have found that it is Eric Winstone - Saratoga. The problem is I cannot find it anywhere.
