    New Guitar - New Tune

    Hey guys.
As some of you may know i bought myself a nice Guitar last week.
And thus there will be music different from what you've heard from me earlier.
But since i previously only played acoustic guitar, this piece wont be anything advanced or such.

Either way, check out the WIP: http://www.freds3d.com/wip/rawkfred02.mp3

Let me know what you think
    (Its quite unpolished, i know)

    Cheers, guys!

    Hi Frederik,

Nice sound from the new instrument. For a first recording it sounds great.
You going to share a picture of this new guitar?

Awesome el. guitar Frederik Sjølund, thank you dear sir.

Reminds me of the good old days in 1968/69 when Santana recorded his first album "Santana" and Eric "slowhand" Clapton and Jimmy Page both from England, were the hottest you could find on electric guitar - the Les Paul model.

Congratulations to you Frederik Sjølund on this AWESOME purchase. Did you get it second hand or did you find it in a music instrument shop in Sweden as complete new? How much did you pay for this nostalgia?
    Best regards,

    Very nice looking instrument, Frederik.
What function does the Rhythm/Treble toggle switch have?

    Axe
Hmm, I've never heard that term associated with a guitar before. Please enlighten this aging musician ... Where does this reference originate from?

krummhorn, that is the term a few heavy metal bands used to call their
guitars during the 80's and 90's. So now you know. Don't call yourself
old either. You're not old. I like 12 years catching up with you.

Well! Are you going to answer? Krummhorn you are the same age as my
preacher. He has more get up and go than I do. I get around like I'm
    about 70.

    Ms. Judy Tooley

You may think of Master Krummhorn, like he is an ole timer around 70 years of age, holding on to his rocking chair. But if so, you better turn on your own hearingaid and put on your specticles then. Master Krummhorn is perhaps not in his teens anymore, like yours truely is not a teen anymore, but a mature and very wise and friendly man of many talents and services. He may not have the best experiences on guitars, or even drums in generel neither, but ask him about pipe organs or watch the images, he has entered for us all to see.

The 1970´s slang expression "axe" for the electric guitar, in Danish it would be the "spade" or in short if a particular electric guitar "spaden" translated to English the "spade".

In Danish heavy rock in the 1970´s, we would call the drums for the "tønder" equals the "barrels" for slang, or the whole thing equals drums, highhat and cymbals in English "the kit", in Danish "trommesæt" " equals "set of barrels".

Logical and easy to grasp, isn´t it ???

Sorry I didn't mean for it to sound that way. I ment I get around slow
myself like some seventy. I was talking about me. I was telling Krummhorn
to stop saying that he's old. I'm forty seven and get around like 70.
I imagine he has more pep than that. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

Composition, I think, is good. Simple, lovely melody - I like your track

I bought it completely new. Epiphone Les Paul 100 Sunburst. Cost me about 300 euros.

Krummhorn: The Rythm/Treble switch kinda seems to do pretty much what it says. When in treble-mode it brings forward the brighter tones while on Rythm-mode it turns the brighter tones down.

    Puffin: Thank you sir
