No, its not quite that, although you are generally somewhat on the right path, you've got the place and timing more or less down. However, if you focus more on the left side of the painting, you might notice something...else- look at the clothing, weapons, dwellings...
I've looked a lot at the picture you posted, and saw a lot of little details, especially to the sides of the center image, but still looking![]()

Corno, now Im just embarrased - I just showed that picture to my husband and right away, he was like - Its a Cathedral... you see, there's a tower here, a spiel there...

The only way I recognized something Cathedral Like was because of the 2 towers and a rosette

You've got the right City but the wrong church - It's St. Clotilde, where Franck was once organist and then Tournemire and then Langlais. The organ work that can be associated with this almost translucent white church jutting up from the rock is...what? Oh well, here's the piece:
