    Most amusing reed sound

The timbre of this pipe wouldn't be amiss in an old folk's home, especially if they'd been served Boston Baked Beans for breakfast.

I kinda like those nasal sounding reeds ... very partial to the cromorne as one might imagine . My favorite organ where I live was in the RC church where I served as organist for 3 years, had a III/94 (Allen digital) - No less than 17 rks of reed stops if I recall correctly, and the Fagott stop on that one sounded just like this example above - very unusual and quite practical for an occasional change in registration.
