I hate to be ignorant. What the heck IS neo-prog? Is it NEWER prog acts (say since 1990) as opposed to "classic" prog that I love (1970s) or a new style of prog?

Get Frost*'s first album, Milliontown. Especially if you like neo-prog, you won't be disappointed.
