Frizl is a pædophile, a mysogynist and an aleged child murderer ... can't get much worse than that. I fear, as he's now declared insane, that he'll spend the rest of his life in the relative comfort of a mental institution, unlike a stint in prison which would met out far better punishment. Child murderers, pædophiles and rapists have it (rightly) tough in prison.

I couldnt agree with you more, CT. I heard his lawyer talk to the media today, and it was sickening! He is insane, blah blah blah, and by the way he is old - too old for prison! (im not sure he said that, but for some reason i think he did)

Using ones "age" is a cop-out that gets them a lesser sentence. Let's feel sorry for Frizl , as he is too old and frail to be treated like a common criminal. Bull crap!! You do the crime, you do the time - age doesn't mean diddly squat.

As soon as this is taught and upheld in our court system, there will always be "sacrifices" for sentence time based upon personal health, age, ingrown toenails, baldness, etc.

Does anybody remember a case few years ago, also with a sexual predator - a pedophile of a sort. A judge refused to send him to the jail because he was short!!!!!!!!!!! Outrageos!!!! He is too short, and because of that he might get hurt!

Thats the idea, honey! Mind you, she was asked to step down, but for someone in the position of the judge to even say something like that!

You think they would excuse a sentence on tall people too? I'm 6'5" and people my height might not fit into the doorways ... ?

At least the judge got the just reward after that case, but only a hand slap no doubt. Just so criminal ... so criminal for the judge to even think that.

Scary is what it is! But at least its good to know that people havent completely lost their minds or became immune to this stupidity and got her the heck out of there.

Im sure thats the only "punishment" she got, but thats enough!

I think some of these judges etc. forget what they are really there to do. Mete out justice, punish the offenders. The paedophiles etc. and their lawyers should be told TOUGH, why should we consider your feelings and problems. After all what consideration did they give their victims, none.

They are now saying that Fritzl probably raped his grandaughter, but as she is in a coma, nothing can be proved. The paper did report that there was a slight improvement, you have to wonder after all that she went through, does she want to wake up and remember?

Herr Josef Fritzl, now we know he is educated as an ingeneer, asked the City Hall in Amstetten, the department for house building to rebuilt his house bigger on the backside, with bomb shelter below in the basement. Many Austrians did that in the latter of the Cold War.

The pictures we have seen on the TV, show the corridor in the basement leading to the bed rooms was very narrow, less than 60 centimetres, which is 30 centimetres more narrow than an ordinary corridor.

There are blue prints, and it´s been done by the book, though the two steel doors were not in the basement, when the authorities came to see, if he had done everything according to the masures, he had delivered.

An ordinary basement would have windows for the light outside and to open once in a while, I would think.

Intet you gave me the just idea. Why don't authorities put him in a
dungin where it's cold and dark until it would drive him absolutely
insane where he would want to die. They did it on the island alchatraz
with some of their prisoners who would pull something like that on an
inmate or rape an inmate. They would put them in a cell called the
black hole.

At 10:00 PM the Danish Radio announced that Interpol will bring the portrait pictures of well known wanted pedophiles on the international medias.

According to a spokesman from the Interpol:

"The Human Trafficking of young women and young mothers with daughters and sons for prostitution and sex slavery from third world countries, have become the worst crime against human beings, beside wars, in our time. The pedophiles travel world wide and share their experiences personally and by the internet. The Danish Police say they will do the same suggested by the Interpol and they hope every other country will do the same:

Do you guys remember the kidnapping of a little English girl in Portugal in 2007. She was on holidays with her parents, who would soon be investigated themselves for killing her. It´s more than a year ago and unfortunately the profile for this disappearence match excactly how Human Trafficking can be done on a individual child, spotted somewhere in any city in the world, never to be seen again.

About 2 million children are sex slaves world wide according to the Interpol.
