    Music For Meditation...

This piece introduced me to the world of Sibelius:

*If a man wants God to hear his prayer quickly, then before he prays for anything else, even his own soul, when he stands and stretches out his hands towards God, he must pray with all his heart for his enemies. Through this action God will hear everything that he asks* -Abba Zeno-

*Protagoras: "Truth is subjective. What is true for you, and what is true for me, is true for me. Your opinion is true by virtue of its being your opinion."

*Socrates: "My opinion is: Truth is absolute, not opinion, and that you are in absolute error. Since this is my opinion, then according to your philosophy you must grant that it is true."

    Dear CT64,

I like Walkürentritt also, but for more purposes than one: Like when I'm at the Honolulu Police Department gun and rifle range and emptying a few clips of 10mm pistol and .50 caliber rifle rounds at terrorists. Then its *Rock an' Roll Baby* with Wagner

Corno, that video clip reminds me of the back roads in Kentucky.
    Highway 41. The scenic view.

here's something I like to 'space out' on every now and then--(takes a little getting used to for some of us but 'getting there' is the ticket)

Holy Harmony - Jonathan Goldman (original is 30 minutes or so...)

I have a CD that is called Relaxing Bach from reflections. It's really soothing
When I want to chill out and unwind. Some of it is classical guitar music
with accompaniment or orchestra. My favorites are Air on a G string, and
my own personal favorite Jesu Joy of Man's Desire.

LOL pardon me my dear Judy but I can't help but let you know you made me crack when I read that one of your favorites is listening to "Air" while wearing a G-string!
