Personally I think we should keep our heads down. The "intelligence" out there might decide we are too dumb to be worth communicating with, but perhaps a valuable source of protein instead.

Sorry CD, it is just me. I must have watched too many old films, where aliens land and then say "Take me to your leader". I am not sure who they think the leader is.

No need to apologise. I just find the phrase *take me to your leader* a total taunt. I have also seen the old flicks where that phrase is uttered. Imho those flicks are a byproduct of a corrupted film director's mind where everything is relative and there is no controlling authority.

Yes, the slideshow does pique one's interest - I was dismayed by the sidebar article of an *Organic Molecule detected at 26,000 lightyears from earth* since no reference is made to independently peer-reviewed scienctific journals - Ergo, someone was hired to write a piece with no scientifically proven facts aka *Pseudoscience*.

I have noticed that some of our planets have lined up. I saw Jupiter
and Venus under each other along with the moon. It also seems like
our earth is right along with them If you look at this just right.
